H.E. Abdullah Ahmed Khalaf Al Qubaisi

H.E. Abdullah Ahmed Khalaf Al Qubaisi brings extensive experience to Clean Rivers, having led major environmental and conservation initiatives in the UAE and wider region. As Managing Director of Clean Rivers, he will oversee implementation strategies to enhance conservation outcomes, promote sustainable resource management, and foster international partnerships that align with the UAE’s environmental goals.

In addition, H.E. Al Qubaisi serves as Managing Director of the International Fund for Houbara Conservation, a globally recognized programme in pre-emptive intervention species conservation for the houbara bustard. He is also the Managing Director of the Mohamed Bin Zayed Raptor Conservation Fund, a global initiative that develops solutions to challenges facing raptor populations. A seasoned government leader, H.E. Al Qubaisi was previously the General Manager at the Private Office of UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, where he led strategic initiatives and operations at local, regional, and international levels.
