Fahad Al Ameri

Fahad Al Ameri is a distinguished leader with extensive experience across the public, philanthropic and development sectors.
As the Executive Director of Development and Humanitarian Affairs at the Office of Development and Fallen Heroes Families Affairs, he is responsible for establishing the Erth Zayed Philanthropies and the incubation of portfolio entities that advance the UAE’s consolidated efforts to empower communities locally and abroad through high-impact programmes.
Al Ameri also serves as the General Secretary of the International Humanitarian and Philanthropic Council, which is the supervising body that oversees, reviews and implements the UAE’s foreign humanitarian and philanthropic efforts.
He has held leadership roles as a Director at the Office of Development and Fallen Hero’s Family Affairs and at Office of Strategic Affairs, and was formerly the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince’s Court.
With a strong background at the intersection of finance, economics, social development and government affairs, his invaluable experience and expertise has helped to foster collaborative cross-sector partnerships and impact across sectors.
Al Ameri is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a graduate from the University of Pennsylvania with a Master of Science and Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science and Engineering in Bioengineering.
